Adoption Contract

Adoptive fox parent agrees to take excellent care of, and respect their fox. This fox must have a clean and healthy environment, lots of love, and be free from neglected of any kind.

Redmon Fox requires a $100.00 NON- REFUNDABLE deposit. The purpose for a deposit is to secure the adoption of your fox (s). If for any reason, your fox is not available for shipment, Redmon Fox will gladly refund your deposit (s) immediately. Adoptive fox parent agrees to pay the $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on the fox that he/she is adopting from Redmon Fox. The $100.00 deposit will be applied toward your purchase.

Adoptive Fox parent understands they will pay a $600.00 adoption fee and $100.00 NON- REFUNDABLE deposit will be applied to the $600.00 adoption fee. Adoptive fox parent also understand there is a $400.00 shipping fee if shipping is required. Adoptive fox parent understands that if shipping is required Redmon fox will provide for said shipping by air to an airport near the location of the adoptive fox parent. Redmon Fox will provide a travel carrier and health certificate for shipping.

Redmon Fox gives a 48 hour guarantee on your adopted fox, from natural death. If anything happens to the animal within the 48 hour guarantee period, adoptive fox parent must contact Redmon Fox within 24 hours. If your fox dies of natural causes within the 48 hour guarantee period, adoptive fox parent must have an autopsy performed by a licensed veterinarian. Redmon Fox reserves the right to accept or deny refunds at its own discretion. Adoptive fox parent is responsible for all costs associated with the autopsy or any veterinarian charges regardless of whether or not a refund is granted. Autopsy results must be sent to Redmon Fox before any refund can be given. Redmon Fox reserves the right to independent veterinary consultation concerning any reports or records received. Adoptive fox parent understands Redmon Fox is NOT responsible for any shipping charges or for refunding any shipping charges. Adoptive fox parent understands that while in their care they will take full responsibility for their fox. Adoptive fox parent shall continue feeding their fox the same formula/food that was being fed by Redmon Fox. If the adoptive fox parent chooses to substitute another brand of formula/food resulting in their adopted fox becoming sick (such as stomach problems, etc.) or dead. Redmon Fox will NOT be responsible.
Adoptive fox parent understands it is their responsibility to check with his or her state, county, and municipal rules and regulations in regards to laws concerning their adoption of a red fox (vulpes, Vulpes) prior to placing a deposit with, or adopting a fox from Redmon Fox. Redmon Fox assumes no liability or responsibility for legal actions resulting from the purchase/ adoption of your fox.
Redmon Fox will NOT ship or deliver any fox until the adoption price and shipping fee is paid in full. Full Payment must be received No Later Than June 1st. Or Deposit is forfeited.

NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OTHER THAN THOSE SPECIFICALLY INDICATED IN THIS ADOPTION CONTRACT.

 REDMON FOX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PHYSICAL OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, INJURY, DISEASE, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THE ADOPTED FOX(S).

 REDMON FOX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY SALE TO ANY PARTY OR PERSON AT ANY TIME AT ITS OWN DISCRETION.

REDMON FOX WILL NOT ADOPT A FOX TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
